I can tell that Horizon is used to working with entrepreneurs and start-ups, and that he understands the support they need from an accountant in order to succeed. They seem a very different type of accountancy firm to ones I have dealt with previously.

The workshop was really useful. It was helpful to see what the other companies were doing to manage their finances, and the iHorizon guys were great in answering our questions. We’ve taken away from it lots of ideas to help us keep things in order. Cheers.

The workshop was very useful, particularly in terms of giving me a framework in which to understand accounting.
The most helpful outcome was to know – above & beyond the basics of which numbers to record where – what an accounting report is intended to convey, both interms of P&L accounts, and cashflow accounts. Understanding that distinction, and how you get there, was quite enlightening.
In general, Pratik is very personable, and he was good at presenting his material – it was pitched at the right level for me, and it felt like it was pitched appropriately for others too.

The workshop was great – having the Q and A with Pete from SongKick.com and getting feedback on what they’ve done, which accountants they’ve used, how they got through the tough times was invaluable.
The meet and greet session after was also really handy and gave me a chance to speak with the Horizon guys personally. I was very impressed by the their willingness to give out advice and point us in the right direction.
We have been looking to appoint some new accountants for over a month now, and after the workshop it looks like Horizon may be putting GoSquared on their client list very soon!
