About Hardison & Cochran
At Hardison & Cochran, our practice is devoted 100% to Injury and Disability law. We represent individuals, not large corporations or insurance companies.
At our firm, we employee 10 attorneys and 38 staff. Ken Hardison has been handling personal injury and disability cases in North Carolina for over 26 years. We also have 5 former licensed insurance adjusters, who help give us insight on how the insurance companies think and handle injury claims.
Hardison & Cochran has a great group of individuals who together make a winning team! We are very proud of the work we do for those whose lives have been turned upside down by injuries and disabilities.
Ben Cochran, Ken’s partner, is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law in N.C. Less than 100 lawyers statewide have achieved this distinction. You really need a specialist when you have been injured on the job. By having a specialist, you are letting the insurance companies know that you are not going to be a victim twice.
