On January 1, 2011, North Carolina courts began using new Child Support Guidelines. The last time the Guidelines were updated was October, 2006. The new Guidelines make changes and clarifications that are important for everyone working on child support cases. This webinar will cover the changes and clarifications of the new guidelines, grounds for deviation from the guidelines, and specific case examples involving calculating and proving gross income.
