  • The home will be 1,389 square feet total
  • The home will be LEED certified, and will meet Builders Challenge Guidelines
  • Grants, in the form of soft-second mortgages, are available for those parties successfully completing the application, qualification, and selection processes.
  • All parties acknowledge the leadership role of the Algiers Redevelopment Foundation and Reverend Wadsworth in the leadership of this effort
  • The first responder house inspired by the First Responder Fund, supported by Krewe of Boo
  • Case statement of need: The Partners, Krewe, Members, and leadership of the First Responders Fund recognizes that the brave servants of this City must have an affordable and safe place to live amongst us and enjoy the best quality of life that New Orleans offers.
