Enterprise Sales Executive:

Responsibilities:

• As part of our Enterprise Sales team you will be selling to our top accounts and working with Fortune 500 caliber clients.
• You will execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
• Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of inno360’s products and services.
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in our sales automation tool while creating satisfied customers.
• Evangelize the inno360 vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• 2-3 years of SaaS or Cloud based software sales experience is required.  
• Experience managing the sales cycle from business unit to the C-Suite.
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of the sales process.
• Travel required up to 30%.

Desired Skills:

• Consistent earnings of $175-225K plus in past Account Executive roles while carrying a minimum $1MM quota.
• Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including sales automation tools, CRM,   Microsoft Word,    PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelor Degree Required.

General Description:

The Front End Developer will be part of our development team building new solutions for our platform, enhancing our user experience and creating a more powerful platform experience for customers and potential clients. The position will work closely with product management and development, specifically with the User Experience Lead for developing new front ends and user interface designs.

• Ability to translate page designs (Photoshop, wireframes, etc.) to clean working HTML and CSS (themes)
• Can work equally effectively alone on some projects and collaboratively with other team members on other projects
• Unix/Linux – Working knowledge
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Understand how to implement progressive enhancement for supporting different browsers and browser versions
• Familiarity with portlet technologies and standards a plus
• Worked with version control and configuration management systems a plus
• Mobile web app development experience a plus

May assist in development of software technical documentation. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology; design and build prototype applications.

• Unix/Linux – Working knowledge
• Php – Working knowledge
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with portlet technologies and standards a plus
• Worked with version control and configuration management systems a plus
• Familiarity with Text Mining technologies a plus
• Familiarity with Development of Social Media Apps and Mobile Apps a plus
