About RDM

The newly formed Radcliffe Department of Medicine (RDM), led by Prof Hugh Watkins, is a large multi-disciplinary department with research interests that span the translational spectrum, from basic biological research through to clinical application.

The department has internationally renowned programmes in a broad range of sciences related to medicine, ranging from cardiovascular, diabetes, endocrinology & stroke research, to molecular medicine, haematology and pathology, including programmes in stem cell & regenerative medicine.

The Department aims to advance our understanding of medical conditions at the basic level and apply this knowledge to clinical care and to use this scientific foundation to provide exceptional teaching, training and career development in the relevant medical specialities.

RDM Inaugural Symposium

The Radcliffe Department of Medicine is holding its Inaugural Symposium on Monday 25th March 2013, in the Saïd Business School.
