The IT Service Center provides a central point for NKU technology support. If you have questions or problems, click the button below to chat with a representative during our regular hours. To visit us in person you can stop by our Service Center in Steely Library 220, during the hours listed below or the Steely Library 1st and 4th floor open labs during library hours. Steely Library 1st and 4th floor labs will be staffed with an assistant during library hours.
Fall hours for telephone and chat are effective August 20th.
