Description
We’re looking for an ambitious product designer who can meet the standards of international product design. Together with 1 other product designer and 2 product engineers you will form a team that is responsible for all innovations and design of the VANMOOF product line. Part of your job is to assist other departments within the company, making marketing material or assist the sales on customized bicycles . - Designing new bicycles, parts and accessories.
- Graphic design for marketing support and product documentation.
- Design of custom bicycles for corporate sales.
You will work in a team of 30 people, all of them working in different locations around the world. Our office in Taipei is just briefly up and running, and currently consists of 5 people, 2 Dutch and 3 Taiwanese. There will be lots of opportunity to improve your skills, learn from others and to grow within the company.
We are looking for
- Bachelor degree in product design, preferable with an Master in a foreign country.
- At least 3 years working experience in product design.
- Professional or private experience/interest in bicycles.
- Good graphic design skills.
- Fluent English, reading, writing and speaking.
- You have a passion for design and are eager to learn.

Job Description
As product manager at VANMOOF you will be part of an small international team with great ambitions. From your workspace in Taipei you will control the quality of the products and improve the products by optimizing supplier cooperation. You look for new supplier if necessary and help the R&D team to find new production partners. You will work closely together with the international development team, ( www.youtube.com/embed/4NRzy_g1p1A?autoplay=1 ) and will report directly to the management team about the projects you are working on. You will work collaboratively with other disciplines and suppliers to optimize the product. You will be involved from early-on in the development of new projects and play an important role in the realization of new products.
Your skills should encompass:

- You like to inspire people to get to greater results.
- 5+ years experience in Bicycle Industry or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, purchasing and QC.

De functie
We zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandige creatieve stagiair die de marketing manager kan ondersteunen in de meest uiteenlopende projecten maar die daarnaast de sectie New Media als verantwoordelijkheid op zich kan nemen. Dit betekent dat je veel zult werken met sites als technorati, youtube, facebook etc. Bij VANMOOF werken we in een klein team dus naast marketing ervaring krijg je een goed inzicht in de algemene bedrijfsvoering. Je leert wat er zoal komt kijken bij het opzetten van een lifestyle merk en hoe je met een laag budget toch heel veel bekendheid kunt genereren. VANMOOF wordt verkocht in alle wereld steden dus de functie heeft een internationaal karakter.
Een aantal taken
- Marketing manager ondersteunen in bv Point of Sales promotie, ludieke acties,
- Photoshoots en external communication
- Onderhouden van social media sites
- Viral campagnes opzetten
- Aansturen en monitoren van de VANMOOF online global conversation

De functie
We zijn op zoek naar een allround commercieel stagiair die goed zelfstandig kan werken. Je bent operationeel ondersteunend werkzaam en legt verantwoordelijkheid af aan de operational manager. Je werkt in een klein team, dus je krijgt bij VANMOOF de kans veel te leren van het gehele bedrijfsproces in een korte tijd. Je ondersteunt de klantenservice bij klantvragen, voert orders in, maar helpt ook bij de logistieke afhandeling van de orders. Je ontwikkelt zo zowel je technisch, commercieel, als logistiek inzicht.
