Description
Once a ticket recurrence is setup, lets say to re occur for 5 times, there should be an option to pause it or to stop it before it is repeated to the total number of times.

There should be an option to edit the recurrence, after it has been created.
One of our clients has also given the suggestion that there should be an option to set the time on a recurring ticket.

Please pay some more attention to this issue.
I think this should not be qualified as an 'improvement' but as an issue. I think the recurrence feature can't be used for production purposes now (wiki.kayako.com/download/attachments/2884792/recurrence.png?version=1&modificationDate=1293523521000).
Editing date/time would be nice but you've got a serious problem if there is NO WAY TOT DELETE A RECURRING TICKET.
