Graduate student in History awarded fellowship at Ohio State University Appalachian State University alumnus, Steven Higley, was recently accepted to the Ph.D. program in Latin American history at Ohio State University. In addition to acceptance, Higley was offered a full fellowship to fund his studies. Higley received a Master of Arts in History from Appalachian State University in December 2012. |
