The conference hotel is The Heldrich Hotel, 10 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

To reserve your room you may call 866-609-4700 and give the Attendee Code 81629 to the agent to set up your reservation or you may go to the website and select the BOOK NOW link. Select Group Reservation, located along the top of the screen. Input your Attendee Code 81629 and then click the Attendee Login Button.  This will bring you to your group specific page, listing some general information about your group meeting and the hotel. Input your Arrival and Departure Dates and the number of guests and then click Continue.  Select your preferred Bed Type, fill in the appropriate Information Fields, and then click Submit.

If you are interested in sharing a room with someone (at 1/2 the cost), and don’t already have a partner, you can indicate your interest and look for others on our Roomshare site.

The best airport to use when making reservations is Newark Liberty International Airport (New Jersey). Once you arrive to the airport, follow the signs to AirTrain which will take you to a link to the NJ Transit Rail Station. Take the Northeast (NE) Corridor Line (to point South, towards Trenton) and get off in New Brunswick. This is about a 40 minute train ride. The off-peak cost for a ticket is about $12.75. You can take a taxi from the airport to New Brunswick, but be prepared to pay much more (around $60.00).

If you use JFK International Airport (New York) then you can take AirTrain to Penn Station. From Penn Station, you can take the Northeast (NE) Corridor Line (to points South, Trenton) and get off in New Brunswick. From Penn Station, the trip will take about 50 minutes. The off-peak cost for a ticket is about $13.00. Don’t even think about taking a taxi from JFK to New Brunswick: the cost will be around $100-$140!

If you use La Guardia Airport (New York) then you can take a taxi to Penn Station. The taxi will cost around $30-$40 depending on the time of day.  You might also investigate taking the public bus and subway, but this requires more coordination.  Visit La Guardia’s website for more information about this option.  From Penn Station, you can take the Northeast (NE) Corridor Line (to points South, Trenton) and get off in New Brunswick. From Penn Station, the trip will take about 50 minutes. The off-peak cost for a ticket is about $13.00.

Arriving at New Brunswick Station

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the New Brunswick Station. If you plan to walk to the hotel:

Once you arrive to New Brunswick Station and exit the train, turn right and walk towards the exit at the end of the platform. Once at street level, turn right on George Street. The hotel is about 5-6 blocks on the right.

You can also taxi from New Brunswick Station to the hotel. If you plan to taxi to the hotel:

Once you arrive to New Brunswick Station and exit the train, turn right and walk towards the exit at the end of the platform. Once at street level, you should see a tan-colored trailer that is the temporary location of a local cab company.
