  Student's Blackboard User ID and Password will consist of their Windows Login Username "also known as your K Number" (ex. K00001234).
  Passwords will be your Date of Birth (ex. MMDDYY).
  "Some student accounts have been created in Blackboard, for those students that are unable to login please check with your instructor."   
        
  Faculty's Blackboard User ID will be their first initial of their first name and first seven characters of their last name (ex. John Doe=jdoe).
  Passwords will be their Banner ID "also known as their K Number" (ex. K00001234).     

          
  If you have unsuccessfully logged into Blackboard more than 3 times your account will be locked for 30 minutes (After 30 minutes you can attempt to login with your correct password.). If you continue to have an issue please contact the ITS Helpdesk at (210) 784-HELP for assistance.
