Bank Account Withdrawal using ACH
The ACH system is the primary electronic funds transfer (EFT) system used by agencies to make payments,
and the Financial Management Service anticipates that agencies increasingly will use the ACH system to collect funds.
Bank Account Information
The bank’s 9-digit routing number and account information can be obtained from a check or savings account deposit slip.
The sample check, shown below, illustrates where to find routing and bank account numbers.
Direct debit cancellation policy
Your Payor’s PAD agreement may be cancelled provided notice is received thirty (30) days before the next scheduled PAD.
If any of the above details are incorrect, please contact us immediately. If the details are correct, you do not need
to do anything further and your Pre-Authorized Debits will be processed and start on the Payment Start Date indicated.
Recourse Statement
