Parlementum is the umbrella name for a series of FLOSS projects to provide users with access to web tools that are private, secure, collaborative, and free or open source software. Features include:
- POPS and IMAPS access, although POPS is preferred
- Webmail access at parlementum.net/squirrelmail
- At this time there is no spam filter at the server level, although it is in the queue of new features now, so a client level spam filter would be needed.

News is a full featured RSS reader with a web interface. It also is compatible with the CLI RSS client Newsbeuter. You can star and share articles. You can receive twitter feeds, aggregated feeds, and password protected feeds. Similar to Google Reader you can use tags and folders to sort items, as well as score them. You can choose to receive a daily news digest.
To use the News web based RSS reader with Newsbeuter make the following changes in your .config file:
- urls-source "ttrss"
- ttrss-login "your username"
- ttrss-password "your password"
- ttrss-url "https://news.parlementum.net/"
- ttrss-mode multi

Parlementum
Parlementum is a free open source microblogging client. You can connect with Parlementum via WebUI, clients like Hotot and IdentiCurse, XMPP, Twitter, RSS Feeds. You can post thoughts up to 500 characters in length. You can create & join groups, follow tags, and PM other members of the site.
