Anglo-American Code and Cypher Co

The Anglo-American Code and Cypher Co is a corporation incorporated in Washington State that owns the Parlementum sites. Users of the sites are granted shares in the corporation and participate in major decisions of the sites.

Board of Directors
- Chairman of the Board: Encyclom
an election of a full board will occur at the annual meeting of shareholders on 15 April 2012
- Encyclom - 5,000 shares (n.b. - as a general rule, he will abstain from voting more than 100 shares)
- Whistlewright - 100 shares
- ElMussol - 100 shares
- Tonybaldwin - 100 shares
- @sweet - 100 shares
- @coyo - 100 shares
- mikej - 100 shares
In order to qualify for 100 shares of A2C3, one need only be:
- Editor of the Encyclomundi Wiki
- Admin helper on the Parlementum server
- Have sites hosted on the Parlementum server
It is preferred, but not required, that shareholders create a User page on the wiki
