We make upgrades easy... just tell us which theme or theme package you purchased as well as which package you would like to upgrade to. After you do, we'll send you a custom purchase link you can use to upgrade your purchase.
Refund requests will only be accepted within 14 days of your purchase. Also, processing fees will be deducted from the total cost.
WordPress.com theme sales are not processed by Press75.com, rather by WordPress (Automattic). Please contact WordPress.com for your refund inquiry.
