Welcome to Mentor UPP: Undergraduate Peer Partnering, a program within The University of Alabama College of Engineering with a mission to provide underclassmen an opportunity to learn through relationships with experienced peers in the College while providing leadership opportunities to upperclassmen.

Students who participate praise the program for the rewarding experience. Mentor UPP welcomes freshmen to apply to be mentored and juniors and seniors to apply to be a peer mentor.
