ENTER 2011 in Innsbruck has been great and I enjoyed being there; excellent programme with a good mixture of research and industry presentations. There has been a very promising case study section on ENTER this year (and outstanding case studies will even be invited to the newly started case study section in the Journal of Information Technology and Tourism). And in a specific workshop on ENTER2011 we discussed other opportunities to further strengthen the USP of ENTER, bringing academia and industry to one conference. Integrating research papers, case studies and industry presentations all dealing with the same topic into one joined session is one of them and I am quite excited to see how this will evolve on ENTER 2012 in Helsingborg.
