Manchester physics covers all aspects of the subject from Condensed Matter, Atomic and Biological Physics that predominantly use world-class facilities in Manchester, to Astronomy, Particle Physics and Nuclear Physics centred on large international facilities. Experimental research operates in synergy with strong programmes in Theoretical Physics. Here are more details on our research.
