Mitt Romney is out with a new TV ad today, responding to Barack Obama's attacks on alleged-outsourcing while Mitt was at Bain.

It's yet another concession that the outsourcing attack has legs that kick, and for the second time, a Romney TV ad includes a clip of Hillary Clinton wagging her metaphoric finger at Obama during their 2008 fight (here's the first ad).

In a way, you could say this is a response to Bain attacks, but really, it's just about one aspect of the attacks. Romney still hasn't produced an ad, defending his tenure, on the whole.
