Pivotal Information Technology Cloud General Manager leads webinar on Integrated Data Quality
Webinar – May 26, 2011 – Malcolm Hawker, Cloud General Manager at Pivotal Information Technology, a leading cloud and tech ops systems integration firm, gave a webinar on Mastering Your Data Faster: An Integrated Approach to Data Quality.
He showed how Pivotal IT rapidly created a Master Data Model for their client, Neustar, using Pervasive software.
In the webinar, Mr. Hawker displayed how information was collected from multiple disparate sources, then validated and standardized using Melissa Data’s address validation library.
Attendees learned how, using Pervasive Data MatchMerge, duplicate copies of customer accounts across all sources were then resolved to a single ‘gold master’ customer record within Salesforce CRM, providing Neustar up-to-date, complete and accurate insights into its customers.
