The people have spoken: Pascal Sauton is hereby crowned the Hottest Chef in Portland 2013. Congrats are in order to the chef/owner of Milwaukie Kitchen & Wine for staving off stiff competition from Deb Serkoian, Nong Poonsukwattana, and second-place finisher Lawrence "Rocky" Smith.

The trophy for this illustrious win... is nonexistent. But Sauton will now represent Portland the national competition. Congrats to Pascal (who we imagine is cracking open a celebratory PBR right now) and all the finalists, whose sexiness shall not be questioned. And a special candy-heart thank you from Eater to all the friends and fans who nominated/voted for the sexy chef who has their heart. Let's take this thing national.
