About

Mission and History
Here at YER, we believe that economics can be interesting, relevant, and even fun. Each issue brings together original articles from top professors around the globe, summaries of the most fascinating recently-published research, and interviews with leading names in the field such as Milton Friedman, Robert Solow, Jeffrey Sachs, John Thain, Paul Samuelson, and John Nash.
Founded in 2005, the journal is edited and managed by students from Yale College, Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Yale School of Management. Since 2006, YER has been distributed on national news stands around America, including Borders, Waldenbooks, B. Dalton, and Barnes and Noble bookstores.
