Hi, I printed off a sample version of my resume and the page break is at an inopportune place. Is there a way to ensure page breaks are at a good point between pages? thanks

I disagreeThis idea is active.Website »Export Formats
Excelent idea, but I would like to see an option to export the resume, no only to pdf but to .rtf and .odt.
There are a lot of HHRR recruiting companies that demand a .doc formated resume, which I can create starting from the .rtf or .odt files.

Allow schools/universities/firms to create their own templates.
Apart from schools and universities, outsourced product development firms spend a lot of time in putting together employees' resume for prospective clients. A single repository with ability to send/share/export employees' resume from LinkedIn should be helpful.

I disagreeThis idea is active.Website »Add "Volunteer Experience & Causes"
Please and the "Volunteer Experience & Causes" Section. In Liked In all my volunteer experience is on that section and I want to put it on my resume. It's as important as the "Experience" section for people, like me, who do activism.
Thanks

I disagreeThis idea is active.Website »Custom resume URLs?
Great tool thanks!
How about letting users select their own resume URL? Like, say,
resume.linkedinlabs.com/salilp
instead of the generic
resume.linkedinlabs.com/9cndxc5h
that the app generates?

I disagreeThis idea is active.Website »Need custom data field, not tied to LinkedIn
Allow users to enter a custom data field. LinkedIn privacy settings don't allow you to hide a mobile number, so Resume Builder users have to enter it on LinkedIn, create the resume, then go back to LinkedIn and delete the mobile number, in order to protect their privacy. (Especially true for those with public URL listings.)

I disagreeThis idea is active.Website »Show additional notes for items in the Education section
It'd be good if some of the templates showed the text from the "additional notes" field for each item in the Education section - that way, we could include things like GPA, graduating Summa Cum Laude, noteworthy classes or projects we worked on, and so on.

All the sections on LinkedIn should just be importable, and some of them (formatwise) are already very similar to the experience section that (I assume) it shouldn't be very a dificult feature to implement. This is important because all those sections have some kind of important information for different people and it's that specific lack of exportable information the original "export to pdf" linkedin function was missing in the first place.
I understand design is important but for my what does it matter if the content isn't there on the first place. I really thing this should be your focus.
Whether it's awards or volunteer experience or the names and description of your projects on your behance portfolio for instance, you should make this available as soon as possible.
Thanks
