Guillaume Paumier

I am a physicist, photographer, Wikimedian, singer, French and blogger, not necessarily in this order, and I currently live in San Francisco, California Toulouse, France. I hold a master’s degree in nanotechnology and a Ph.D in microsystems for life sciences from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France.

I am currently working as Technical Communications Manager at the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit that runs Wikipedia. I have been dedicated to the dissemination of free knowledge for many years and am the main author of a Wikipedia handbook. As a former member of the board of Wikimedia France, I dealt with PR, project management and the creation of documents.
