Privacy Policy

The DisabledGo website is designed to provide detailed information about physical access for disabled people to properties, goods and services across the country and provide a forum for discussion of these issues.

If you provide us with personal information we want you to know that we are committed to keeping your details safe and preserving your privacy online.

When you visit the DisabledGo website, we do not collect or store any personal information that would enable you to be identified, such as your name, gender, postal address or email, without asking you first and it is always your choice whether or not to provide such information to us.

DisabledGo will not pass your personal data to other organisations or individuals without your express consent, unless required to do so by law.
Sometimes we share information with organisations with an interest in disability that could send you information about their activities; however you will always be asked to opt in to receive this and can opt out at any time.

We do not want you to receive any unwanted communications from us and so when we ask you for your personal details we will also ask you if you would like to opt in to receiving other information from DisabledGo.

It is important to us that where we hold personal information about you, this is accurate and up to date. You are entitled to know what personal information DisabledGo holds about you and you also have the right to have this information deleted, updated or corrected.
