Ten participants have now completed their exercise programme

For six weeks regular exercise has been part of their lives, and in turn they’ve been part of an exciting research study to measure the impact of walking with or without hand-held weights on aerobic fitness and body composition.

And big improvements have been made!  Without exception the six weeks have brought a measured increase in fitness and a greater sense of wellbeing.  And for many a marked reduction in percentage of body fat.  All this from just 1.5hours of walking each week!
