Third participant completes their exercise programme

A third Sleepy8 study participant has completed their exercise programme!spacer

For six weeks regular exercise has been part of their life, and in turn they’ve been part of an exciting research study to measure the impact of walking with or without hand-held weights on aerobic fitness and body composition.

The exercise programme was simple and easy to follow.  And regular progress checks, both online and one-to-one with the lead researcher, provided encouragement and motivation every step of the way.
