Fourteen years ago, two friends from University, had a vision to give up their careers (nursing and property) and pursue their dream of creating their own special hotel experience with a difference! So they bravely gave up their jobs, found a great spot on Brighton's glorious Seafront and did just that! Having travelled extensively before, both of them wanted to offer something different from the usual 'bland' big hotel experience and offer one of the best quirky hotels, brighton has to offer with genuinely friendly and helpful service, intelligent concierge services, combined with thoughtful little extras, plus a selection of fun but stylish individually themed bedrooms, delicious breakfasts cooked with care - and share their knowledge of their new wonderful home - Brighton!

This original ethos has stayed with Sea Spray over the years and now with fourteen years of great hotel experience, creativity and hardwork behind them - an amazing professional team, plus the addition of two children, everyone at Sea Spray has an amazing insight into what customer's and their lifestyles need when they are on holiday or a business stay - we hope you enjoy our unique boutique hotel experience!  Some of our guests love us so much they return again and again and choose a different theme room each time!  

Seafront Garden Square

Our garden seafront square, New Steine, is considered to be one of Brighton’s premier seafront locations. Regency Townhouse Hotels stand handsomely behind Brighton's iconic Victorian Lamposts framing the beautiful central landscaped gardens, offering spectacular views of the sea and horizon beyond.

Our New Steine square is easily accessible from the main Brighton sea road, Marine Parade (turn left at the roundabout in front of Brighton Pier).

From its very central position, all of Brighton’s attractions and amenities can be reached on foot. From Sea Spray’s entrance steps you can see Brighton’s famous pier. Just before you reach it you’ll find the Sea Life Centre - one of the oldest in Britain - whilst Brighton’s beach is a stone’s throw away. Brighton’s famous shopping Laines are within a 5 minute stroll, as is the city's jewel in the crown, the Royal Pavilion.

For business and musical concert bookings, we are just a 10 minute walk away from the Brighton Conference Centre and the Dome, via the seafront promenade.
