You don't need to walk into Brighton to revitalise the mind and body, just pre-book a relaxing massage or sauna in Sea Spray's treament room,! We offer the best Brighton massages or a personal infra-red sauna session in-house using our ground floor stylish treatment room!

Sea Spray works with a great local Brighton mobile massage agency specialising in relaxation, to provide you with a fantastic choice of massages. You can have them in the Treatment Room or if you book a larger suite, in the comfort of your own room as a couples massage. Also available is a new infra-red sauna with amazing health benefits bookable for 40 minute private sessions! You'll float up to your room! All treatments must be booked directly with reception at Sea Spray on 01273 680 332 and are available between 9am and 7 pm most days. All treatments are subject to availability and please give the hotel as much notice as possible to pre-arrange.

Massages

Massages available include Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage. We also have an infra-red sauna for bookable private sessions (40 mins). And new this year our wonderful 'Couples Massage' - if you book a larger suite you can have any of the above massages carried out in the comfort of your own suite while you gaze into each other's eyes. Massage cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of the booking or you will be liable to the full payment of the treatment.

Sea Spray offers an extensive range of Concierge and special services to ensure you enjoy your stay at the hotel and in Brighton. Phone or email reception and ask us to help make your stay an extra special one.

To give you some ideas we can organise upon arrival in your hotel room various hand-tied flowers from an award-winning local Brighton florist - the perfect surprise for a loved one. Or a delicious box of chocolates at £12, House Champagne on ice from £40 and balloons or rose petals on the bed at £12 - all bookable by phone, email or in our on-line Shopping Trolley.

Breakfast in Bed Service

Sea Spray has won an award for their breakfast and we offer an extensive bedroom menu offered at a small additional cost for those guests that wish to spend a little extra time in bed and have breakfast served to their room. Go on spoil yourselves!

Room service

Sea Spray offers a delicious Room Service Menu between 9am and 9pm daily. All menus are in guest bedrooms and the hotel reception area and can be ordered at reception desk or via your bedroom telephone.
