BSA National Foundation

We financially support the mission, values, and programs of local councils of the Boy Scouts of America and Scouting organizations throughout the world by promoting and soliciting gifts, grants, and matching funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations interested in supporting Scouting both nationally and internationally.

Discover Donor Opportunities
How the BSA Foundation can help individuals, corporations, and foundations that want to support Scouting in their own communities and around the world. This includes information on numerous types of creative, planned gifts, as well as our most popular form of philanthropy these days, Donor Advised Funds.

Discover Grant Opportunities
From time to time, the BSA Foundation makes discretionary funds available to councils for general or specific grant purposes. Check here for current availability of council funding.

Foundation Publications and Documents
This is where you'll find current and archived Foundation Annual Reports, the current IRS Form 990 for the Foundation, as well as other documents that may be useful in your planning.

Our Donors and Projects
The generosity of our donors is greatly appreciated, and we think it's important to publicly acknowledge them for their philanthropy. You'll also find lists of current projects, councils, and Scouting initiatives that the Foundation is funding.
