One of my go-to skincare brands to achieve natural, healthy-looking skin is Simple Skincare. This year Simple introduced a bunch of fun new products to their skincare range, and of course I had to try them! I believe your skincare routine shouldn’t be complicated OR expensive. This is why I choose Simple – it’s easy, accessible, affordable and yet effective.

For my face I typically just clean, wipe and moisturize. That’s it. I feel it works, and I do often get lots of compliments and even asked what the ‘secret’ is for a 30-something to achieve glowing skin, ha! The truth is I try to have a healthy diet (i.e. not a lot of junk food), I try to keep smiling and stay positive, cleanse my skin & hydrate. I was recently just introduced to the Mythic Oil by L’Oreal Proffessionel by Jay Olson at Inizio Salon at Scottsdale Arizona. Oil typically has some negative association such as: heavy, greasy, weighted down hair. For some reason Mythic Oil feels super light and almost dry, sounds like an oxymoron by true. It smells good too. I apply to the ends where my hair is fry the most and not to roots, I use a little bit throughout my blow dry where needed. Try it, you might like it:)

SNEAK PEEK TO…beauty looks created by makeup artist Moani Lee for Hourglass at the La Perla fall 2013 presentation. The collection, which featured lace, tulle and silk designs, was unveiled on Thursday, February 7 at The Gallery at Dream Downtown in New York. La Perla designer Gio
