What a serious look, concerned almost. She is so like her Papa in this respect, it’s uncanny. All appearances would have you believe that she is this serious little creature, a bit reserved and mostly quiet. Then slowly, but surely, what’s lying under the surface starts to creep out and you’re stuck with the biggest, little goofball you ever met. If you need proof, take a look at these out takes – the fed-up face, the silly face and the sarcastic ‘smile’, and not to mention the completely ridiculous faces she shot me when I asked if she’d look at the camera. Like I said, just like her Papa!

Loving these sibling moments from last week, it makes me just a little excited about what is in store for us!

 *iPhone only

363/366

We headed to the beach tonight with a packed dinner of grilled chicken and sticky rice in hand, to enjoy one of the glorious Perth sunsets that always seem to be up on offer at Cottesloe Beach. And what an amazingly glorious one it was tonight, too! Of course, I had to go and choose this particular day to forget the big camera! Talk about kicking myself. All I can say is, thank goodness for the advent of the iPhone! At least I was able to capture the beautiful, pastel watercolours that were painted across the sky this evening. As if that wasn’t enough, we even spied a couple of dolphins skimming across the water along the shoreline! You are seriously blessed babygirl, to grow up surrounded by this kind of beauty. We all are.

Taking a break in the KL shopping precinct. Probably not the best place to be sitting down and chilling out but also, probably not the worst!

Loving from last week – beautiful light, beautiful eyes, & a beautiful little girl.

Helping Yaich water the garden. Although I think there was a bit more playing and shrieking going on than actual helping spacer

Post roti canai breakfast. Giving me some cheek by the roadside. I have an even more utterly “charming” expression captured, tucked away for the 21st birthday!

My favourite post from last week has to be this one from Endearing Life. In a word, stunning.
