Collaborative Partners
The Mission Promise Neighborhood planning effort includes the Mission Economic Development Agency (lead agency) as well as partners from San Francisco Unified School District, Office of Mayor Ed Lee, UC Berkeley’s Center for Latino Policy Research, the United way of the Bay Area and the many high quality community, social and education service providers in the Mission. Our collective efforts to develop an implementation plan are supported by an Advisory Board, the Project Team and MEDA’s Board.

For over 38 years, MEDA has strived to improve the quality of life for San Francisco’s Latino families. MEDA’s mission is to achieve economic justice for San Francisco’s low-and moderate-income Latino families through the development of personal, social and material (especially financial) assets. Through its services, MEDA provides Latino families with financial stability, economic opportunity, and community sustainability.
