Transportation from Airport to West End Hotels
There are a few ways to get from the airport to the West End Hotels (including the Marriott, the Holiday Inn, and the Hampton Inn).  If you have any questions or concerns, please see the Information Desk located in the baggage claim area.

Cab:  Rides are about $30 one way.  Cabs are located on the level below baggage claim.

Grey Line Shuttle: The shuttle information desk is also located on the lowest level of the airport.  Shuttles are $16 one way or $25 round trip.

Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt

A limited number of rooms have been made available at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt at a special conference rate of $149 per night for a single or double room. The conference rate is available for stays beginning November 2, 2011, the Wednesday before the conference, and for the remaining days of the conference.

Simply click on the link below to facilitate the reservation process. Guests will be directed to the property’s home page with the conference code already entered in the appropriate field. All they need to do is enter their arrival date to begin the reservation process.
