Real Estate Agents are professionally licensed and trained to handle circumstances that may arise in the selling of a home. They act on your behalf as your agent, providing you with advice in helping you buy or sell a home.

There will be times when you will need to find out the most current information about other properties that are for sale in your area and the only way to get that information is through an Agent. Realtors have access to the Multiple Listings Service (MLS) and only licensed real estate agents who are members can get you the information contained there.  If you're buying or selling a home, the MLS is your agent's best tool.
