Watch this video for an overview of SAGE Research Methods and the tools that are available to help you answer the methods questions you come up with during the research process.  You'll learn about the types of content available, how the content has been tagged with a unique taxonomy to provide targeted search results, and the unique features and functionality of the platform.
 


How to Start Your Research

Watch this video to learn how to start your research on SAGE Research Methods by walking through an example of how Sarah, an undergraduate Psychology major, uses the tool to help with her research.  You will learn how to search content, refine results, review abstracts, download PDFs, cite research, use the Methods Lists feature, and discover related content.


 

Methods Map and Methods Lists

Watch this video to learn how to utilize the Methods Map to help with your research and discover content within SAGE Research Methods.  The Methods Map is a visualization of the unique taxonomy of 1,400 methods-related terms that are used within the tool.  We'll return to our example Sarah, the undergraduate Psychology major, to see how she uses the Methods Map to explore relationships between methods-related terms after performing a search.  You will also learn what Methods Lists are, how to use them, and how to create and share your own lists.
