Hawaii’s Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) helps older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers find options for long-term care and support services available to them in the State of Hawaii.

We help to determine if you are eligible for government paid programs, find providers you pay for yourself, and develop a plan for meeting your needs. We can also help you plan for your future long-term care needs. This assistance is paid for by the State and counties (at no cost to you).
