Sex and Sensibilities, as its name implies, is a balance of sex and responsible choice. It is a site that hopes to be your trusted haven to get practical information about sex; a private place where your questions about sexuality will be answered with compassion, intelligence, and most importantly, always with honesty and respect for your choice.
At Sex and Sensibilities (which has been aptly nicknamed “SAS”), you can get information on:
Safe sensible sex
Sex is a personal choice. But every choice needs to be an informed, educated one. Get practical information on condoms and other contraception methods that are available so you can decide on what method/s best suits you, your personal beliefs and lifestyle.
HIV and STI Testing Centers
Part of being sexually active means getting tested regularly. Problem is, the idea of getting tested is met with a lot of anxiety and trepidation. SAS lists the contact numbers of Social Hygiene Clinics and private clinics where you can get an STI or HIV test, what you should expect and what your rights are.
SASsy Men
There are men out there who think that safe sex, contraception and family planning are joint responsibilities and that taking an equal part in them is in no way emasculating and is fact, a manly thing to do. These are the men with both SEX and SENSIBILITIES in their heads…and these are the men we love.
HIV Global News
HIV affects an estimated 25 million people in the world and AIDS is now known as the leading global killer of women in their reproductive age. Get the latest global news on HIV/AIDS policies and advancements in the research for an AIDS vaccine.
Government SASsy
A pun on the word ‘savvy’, a SAS woman is interested in the aspect of reproductive and sexual health as a human right. In this section, she can read up on the reproductive health (RH) bill to better understand how it affects and benefits her. This section also includes stories about the pro-RH legislators who are tirelessly working for the passage of the RH Bill.

Hi Ana,
Congratulations this is a very good site! i want to link this to our official website if possible. It’s also interesting to be featured in your singles’ list and provide some infos about me – maybe representing someone who works with the government and for public health advocacy for some years now. Thanks again
Joane
Hi Ms. Ana! I think this website is great. Is there a chance for researchers like me who are interested in HIV AIDS communication to contribute? Thank you!
Hi Ana! i am working for an organization that provides reproductive health services and i would like to inform you that we are currently providing free bilateral tubal ligation and vasectomy for those who would like it. We are conducting on-site surgical activities in lying-ins at Frisco, Novaliches, Murphy, Kamuning and Sta Lucia in Quezon City. This will run up to December 15 only. I hope we could work as partners in the provision of RH services in the future. You may contact me through this number 09195066503 for more details.

Miss Ana is sooooo sexy when she’s talking, I loved the part when she said.. no Glove no Love. =) .Beauty and Brains makes her……. YEAH!!!!!
First the negative your colors on this web page are horrable, it is difficult to read the messages you wish to convay.
Now the numbers you report are only a fraction for these are reported cases not cases that still go unreported which is many times more than that.
You want to combat HIV then start with poverty for the number of men and women and even children selling themselves just for enough to eat.
The government must take an active role in doing away with age and gender discrimanition in job hiring and to see that companies pay a livable wage so that young men and women do not have to turn to the streets for a living if you call it that.
I just recently found your blog… and it is so interesting. great work keep it up.
Thanks for dropping by. We hope you visit again soon.
