Image files, hard copies, rights and permission agreements are available forpurchase from all events shot by Mike Gladu and Infinite Hangtime Photography.

Personal Image Orders
Special Offer for Competitors Only Pay a single research and usage rights fee of $50 US Dollars at the event (or $75
post-event) per rider per event (i.e; all images in the archives of one rider from
UCI World Masters Track), and a package of the original digital images files will
be assembled, burned to a CD or DVD-ROM disk and sent to you by USPS Domestic
or International Priority Mail.
Under this special offer for athletes, you are charged only for research, user rights,
optical media and shipping of the package of image files on disk - not for individual
prints.
Cycling events we attend are typically shot very thoroughly, but the quantity of
images in our archives of an individual rider will vary. What's captured depends
on how many times you ride past the camera. If you were entered in every race
at an event, there's a good chance you'll have 20 or more images to put on your
disk. If you rode only the 200m in sprint qualifying or just the 500m TT - a
minimum of 1 or 2. If you only ride one lap of a mass start event - your chances
diminish greatly. Still, it's worth asking - we could have that one lap on file.
For whatever images we have, you will be granted limited non-commercial
rights and be able to make prints, send image files to sponsors, family and
friends, and illustrate your exploits on the web. This should satisfy almost all
your needs, unless you need images for advertising. In that case, contact us
for rates.
Our CDROM and DVD-R disks are guaranteed compatible with all popular
operating systems, and each comes with free PC and MAC OS viewers on the
disk to facilitate image viewing immediately upon receipt.
Instructions for placing a CDROM order:
When you are ready to place an order, do both of us a favor and put together
all the info needed for a positive rider identification. There may be tens of
thousands of images shot at any given event - so send us your age group,
event, dates, sessions and times of competition, descriptions of your uniforms,
bikes, wheels, shoes, helmets, bib number, placing and if you stood on the podium.
Send an email message to velodrome@mac.com with ALL that information, or
if you have participated in an event where we are the official photographers,
print out the form linked here and mail it to the address below.
The fee for this service is $50 paid at the event, or $75 post-event (in US funds
please) paid by Check, Postal Money Order or PayPal. When the funds clear
the bank, we'll send you the disk.
Make sure to include your postal address for shipping the CDROM.

Disks are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) to buyers in the USA.
For folks outside the USA we use USPS First Class Mail International (6-10 day
service). USPS Express Mail International expedited shipping (3-5 day service)
for orders outside the USA is available for an additional $20 fee.
Photos sold by Mike Gladu in this manner on CDROM are copyrighted, and
released only for personal, non-profit use.
Release of copyright for other uses (commercial/for-profit) negotiated on a
case-by-case basis.
