Domestic Shipping
Basil Bangs uses TNT for all deliveries. National orders will take up to 3 - 10 business days to be delivered from your date of purchase. All orders will be processed the next working day.
In order to ensure the safe delivery of your Basil Bangs purchase, please note that our courier delivers between 9am and 5am and will require a signature on receipt of goods. We therefore require a work/home delivery address whereby someone can sign for your package between those hours.
Should a work address not be applicable please contact us immediately once you have placed the order to make alternative arrangements

International Shipping
Basil Bangs uses TNT for all deliveries. International orders will arrive between 7-10days, depending on the delivery location. All orders will be processed the next working day.
Depending on the country the order is shipped to, you may be responsible for a customs charge on the value of your order. Please contact your local customs authority for further information. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Basil Bangs.
