County City Building's Newly Established Exhibition Space
Call For Nebraska Artists
The County-City Building located at 555 S.10th Street, managed by the Public Building Commission, seeks two-dimensional art created by Nebraska visual artists for its 2012-2013 exhibition season. Located on the first floor of the County-City Building this venue will display the work of four artists over the course of one year with each artist receiving a 3 - 4 month exhibition period. Artists will be selected by a jury consisting of the Exhibition Coordinator, a Commissioner from the Public Building Commission, an employee of the Mayor's Office and a member of the art community.
Nebraska artists may apply by submitting a cd of 10 representative images of their work, an artist statement, resume and press release along with a SASE to Exhibition Coordinator, Liz Shea-McCoy, 2700 Sheridan Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68502, (402) 435-3140, liz_shea@windstream.net.
