Need help to pay your utility bill? Representatives from The Salvation Army are available in our downtown lobby to meet with customers who may be eligible for energy assistance. Hours: 12:30-4:30 p.m. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (Tuesday).
