Welcome to our Executive Florida Vacation Villa which is our home and yours to enjoy. Our Excutive luxury home is situated in one of Orlando's most sought after 58 villa gated community known as 'The Abbey' in West Haven.
Our villa is a large high standard excutive home. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, private heated pool and spa and confortably sleeps 12 people.
Our Villa backs on to a Conservation/Wetlands area with beautiful views of wildlife and lake and is not overlooked.
Every day watch the Fantastic sunrise over the lush conservation/wetlands, the sun slowly rising over the horizon and an amazing variety of birds flying about.
Enjoy a swim in the large 28 x 14 floodlit pool or alternatively just sit and unwind in our refreshing and relaxing Spa/Jacuzzi. At night you can watch the Disney Fireworks or just sit and relax on one of our loungers or reclining chairs in the extended pool area.
The Villa itself is of an exceptional high standard, with Ceramic Tiling and fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The Dining area features a magnificant dining table as its centerpiece. The Family room is a large open area with Cable T.V and DVD player, luxurious seating and fabulous decor. Also on this floor is 1st Master bedroom with Cable TV and an amazing ensuite bathroom. This bedroom opens onto the pool deck.
Upstairs features a second luxurious Sitting area and a feature 'bridge' over the lobby to the 2nd Master bedroom again with Cable T V and ensuite facilities. The 3rd Master bedroom is also upstairs and features a Jack and Jill bathroom. The other two bedrooms upstairs are all twin rooms with one in Winnie the Poo Theme and the other in Mickey Mouse Theme. There is a seperate bathroom for these rooms. The Games Room which is situated near the Kitchen has available games for all ages, including Pool Table, Football, Hockey tables and much more.
This is a fantastic Villa which I am sure you and yours will throughly enjoy.
LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS
This villa is only 1/2 mile away from the two fantastic championship golf courses at Champions Gate. It is less than 10 minutes into Disneyworld, and so easy to get there along the I4. This is one of the best areas on the south side of Disney.

| A: | All issues have been addressed. The internet facility has been withdrawn though, and the games room has not been upgraded. We do realise it is basic, but we feel it is adequate. |

| Q: | how would i book the pool heating. would it be booked through this site or at a later date with yourselves? how many seats do you have in the pool area as there will be 10 people in our party? |
| A: | Pool heating can be added at any time by contacting the website. Please bear in mind, if you order on location, it does take 24 hours to heat up. |

We had the best time staying at you property. Very clean, very comfortable. The location is great, just minutes from every where.

The only negative from this was that upon arrival we didnt recieve an information/welcome pack so was unsure on rubbish collection days & a few other things but we worked this out quickly. Mondays. We would recommend pool heating as somedays you feel as if your swimming in the sea its rather chilly.But at $140 a week its an additional cost to bear in mind. We had a few minor problems with the pool light & the netting ( fly infestation) but can honestly say that once we had reported them to my florida group they were promptly sorted. All in all we had a pleasurable stay here & would definately stay in this & other villas within this group again. Many thanks.

A welcome pack for food essentials, as an option would be good.
Bed covers not just the sheets could be washed.
Light bulbs, several were not working.
Internet and password for computer where not available.
The above could have been resolved with the management of the Villa, but I did not feel I wanted to start to tackle issues on my holiday.

The villa is well located and was clean and tidy. No problems with the pool, even saw the pool man twice as he serviced it. We had booked on the promise of internet access through a dial up conection but on arrival were extremely disappointed to find out through the management company that this was not in place anymore and should not have been advertised. In additon only the pool table in thr games room able to be used. If known that these facilities where not up to what was expected I would have booked another villa and not this one. That said we have used the same compnay for the last two years and would use them again for booking a villa in Florida.

The villa is very nice and in a handy location for everything.The games room could be improved and there was no internet connection for the computer.We had a green pool on our arrival which was not fixed until the second week as a new pump was required,It took Mr Whitlaw to get this done for us as the florida people did not seem bothered and kept giving us excuses.A very nice holiday and would use the company again.

If possible to leave more toilet paper in the house. We were 11 people occupying the home and ran out of toilet paper rather quickly. Other than that, we had a great time!

Lovely villa in an excellent location. HOWEVER the interior definitely needs some attention. The carpet was shabby and the decor needed refreshing. The kitchen needed more crockery etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this villa and we feel if only it had a few hundred dollars spent on it, it really would be worth 10 out of 10 all the way.

pool light did not work,and internet was not available as was advertised so keeping 4 teenagers occupied was diffficult,both faults reported nothing done.we also had cockroaches on ground floor so overall not too impressed,

Lovely clean and spacious villa. Ideally situated for major roads therefore easy to get to Theme Parks, shopping malls and South. As six adults another couple of sun loungers for pool area would have been appreciated otherwise no complaints. Thanks for a wonderful base for our holiday

We were pleased to find that the villa looked even better than the photographs we had viewed on line. it is spacious and beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Our only complaint was that by the end of the second week the pool was green - it should have been cleaned at the end of week 1

This house was a wonderful retreat for my family. Convenient to major attractions, yet peaceful. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (including baby) and everyone enjoyed the stay. My youngest was an infant during our stay and a crib, highchair, carseat, and stroller were provided for us. The house was clean and well organized. Jim was great to deal with, he always responded quickly to an email or phone message and he was friendly and knowledgeable while booking our stay. The only issue we had during our stay was the pool and spa heat not working and it took the maintenance manager several days to identify and resolve the problem. This resulted in our only being able to use the spa and enjoy a heated pool the last two days of our vacation. Even so, I would absolutely use this house and this company again for our next Florida vacation and have recommended them to family and friends. The only thing I would do differently is book a longer stay! Deirdre Witbeck, NY
