Short Bio
Suzanne Valtierra Plaisance joined Loyola University in March 2003 as the Senior Development Officer for the College of Music. In August 2008, she was named Senior Development Officer of the College of Law.
Prior to joining Loyola, she worked in the Office of Alumni Affairs and Annual Fund for the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the regional team responsible for raising $7.5M in annual unrestricted gifts. Suzanne brings over 14 years of experience to Institutional Advancement, having performed roles in Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Alumni Relations, and Donor Relations and Special Events. She earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certificate in 2008.
Suzanne is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Junior League of New Orleans, the Tulane Alumni Association and the Touchdown Club of New Orleans. She has served on the board of AFP and is a past president of the Tulane Alumni Association.
