Current and upcoming news:
- My review of Eden Medina’s book Cybernetic Revolutionaries is now up at Computational Culture.
- This year I’m happy to be a fellow the Center for Advanced Study here at the University of Illinois. Come Spring I’ll be off from teaching and busy working on the Nuclear Film project with Ned.
- Ned and I will be presenting at ASA in San Juan in November as part of the Half Life of Empires panel organized by the National Toxic Land / Labor Conservation Service.
- ASPECT published the video Lara Scott and I put together. It’s on an ancient technology called a “DVD.”
- I put out a little mini-comic this Fall, and am nearing completion of the larger comic, A Place in Time.
- Last summer saw a ton of new inspiring experience for me through travel and reading. Working on some writing about that to post here soon.
