In order to provide the best experience possible for our users, we expect that they make a responsible use of our services. The following usage policy governs access to iKeepinCloud services and any user must take it into account before using iKeepinCloud.

Your use of the iKeepinCloud service cannot be made improperly. It will be in accordance with the present agreement. Therefore, you can not use the iKeepinCloud service to:

• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
• Identity theft or other fraudulent use of an affiliation with a person or entity;
• Undertake any unsolicited action or advertising (also known as "spam");
• The use or implementation of malware through iKeepinCloud;
• Violate or circumvent security measures imposed or authentication;
• Interfere or interrupt user access, host or network;
• The use of viruses, sending mass e-mails, overloading, flooding or spamming data iKeepinCloud services;
• Tamper, use or access to non-public areas or shared areas of the iKeepinCloud service that you are not prompted to access or nor to computer systems (or those of our service providers);
• Send modified information, misleading, false identification of the source or use methods such as "spoofing" or "phishing";
• Post anything that would violate the rights of others;
• Make the promotion or advertising of a product or service other than your own without authorization;
• Publish or share any document obscene, pornographic or incites bigotry, racism or hatred;
• Violate the law whatever the manner, to violate the privacy of others or to make defamation.

As part of this responsible use of iKeepinCloud platform, the user must comply with a maximum of:

• Up to 10 Mbp/s per source address to iKeepinCloud
• 5 simultaneous sessions per customer maximum
• 50,000 files per folder
• 2 billion files per iKeepinCloud account
• 200 characters to name a file or folder
• 10 TB of maximum size for each uploaded file

Only one iKeepinCloud test account is allowed per customer.

The data stored by the user is confidential and its verifications is not part of the work done by Ikoula. Any data stored, exchanged and transferred by the iKeepinCloud service do not respond in any way to the responsibility of Ikoula. If there is evidence that inappropriate content or actions in going against the rules above named are identified, Ikoula reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
