A Jessie J rooter is gutted after a ticket company pulled their site taking hundreds of music fans’ money with it. Horsmonden’s Kelly Small paid for 2 tickets to Price Tag singer’s gig that was due to take place at Bedgebury Pinetum on 20th June.

Calling Smart Cloud Tickets to see when they would come, Miss Small was stated that she would get the tickets at the end of May. However after watching claims on Facebook that the company had vanished, the twenty six year old was really shocked to find out that site no longer existed.

Miss Small told that she is absolutely gutted. She bought the tickets for her sister’s 18th b’day and she is also very disappointed. She is not really sure what to do or how to get his money back. She could not get hold of anyone and she would now have to pay another £200 to get valid tickets.

Back in April, a leading tabloid reported that a website with the name Smart International Events Limited, actually had no evidence of being the prestigious independent ticket broker it actually claimed to be.

Owned by a single person named Vaughan Roberts, there was no prove in public record of where the firm was based and how it was able to undercut their rivals. The tabloid reported that all the queries were replied with: “Unfortunately Vaughan Roberts is on holiday this week as soon as he returns I will ensure he reply’s to your email and questions.”
