Our Doctors

Paul Tulley is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon practising in London and the South East. He specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, surgery for facial palsy and breast reconstruction. Paul graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, London in 1993 and completed his early general surgical training at Charing Cross and University College Hospitals, becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1997.

He commenced his plastic surgical training at Mount Vernon Hospital, initially as a research fellow at the RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery. Paul was awarded an MD by the University of London in 2001 for his research in the use of gene therapy for the treatment of malignant melanoma. He subsequently completed specialist registrar training in plastic surgery at a number of London teaching hospitals on the Pan-Thames Plastic Surgery programme, joining the GMC specialist register for plastic surgery in 2007.

Paul subsequently undertook further specialist training in microsurgical reconstruction during fellowships in Taipei, Taiwan and Toronto. He gained additional experience in cosmetic surgery during a cosmetic fellowship at the Wellington Hospital, London and further training in the United States. He has trained with many of the leading aesthetic surgeons in the United Kingdom and the USA. His main areas of interest are surgery for facial palsy (facial reanimation), breast reconstruction and all areas of cosmetic surgery. These include facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, cosmetic breast surgery, liposuction and body contouring procedures.

Dr Ross Martin trained in general surgery back in the 1980s up to registrar level. I worked in a rural practice in Australia for 18 months where I developed an interest in skin surgery in response to the high rate of skin cancer in that country.

On his return he became interested in applications for cosmetic lasers and other cosmetic treatments being effectively with colleagues amongst one of the first doctors in the country to offer solutions for such conditions as leg thread veins, tattoos and even laser hair removal.

Ross Martin works as a GP, though combines this work with activities as diverse as cosmetic clinics, expert witness work, consultancy to the laser industry and lecturing.

Over the last 20 years he has combined all of the above with minor surgery list in hospital in the areas of plastic surgery and ENT.

Dr Adil Ladak qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2005 with honours due to his exceptional performance in Final MBBS examinations. As a result he was nominated for the London Gold Medal awarded to the the top ten ranked students at the University of London. He has worked in several prestigious London teaching Hospitals whilst completing his basic medical and surgical training.

Adil subsequently decided upon a career as a surgeon and he very much enjoys the art and craft, hands-on aspect of surgery combined with an intense intellectual challenge.

He is currently working towards his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons and has been trained by some of the leading surgeons in the country.

Adil feels his surgical training has helped him to learn and master cosmetic techniques very easily. His cosmetic procedures rely on the same skills as surgical procedures. The combination of dexterity and a desire to create a subtle enhancement of natural features will produce the results that his clients are looking for.
