TNT just got a little more Nathan Fillion today.
The cable network has won the rights to air reruns of ABC’s popular romantic comedy “Castle,” which stars the “Firefly” hunk as a mystery novelist who pairs up with an equivalently hot female NYPD detective (played by Stana Katic) to solve crimes and flirt overtly.
TNT will begin airing seasons one and two of the “Moonlighting”-esque program in summer 2012. “Castle” returns to the ABC schedule for its fourth season this fall.

ADAM: Unfortunately for our crime-fighters, the new captain, who will almost certainly be a woman, is a former Internal Affairs investigator who is more interested in politics than police work. But it might not be all bad: Though creator Andrew W. Marlowe previously told us she won’t look as favorably on the Castle-Beckett pairing as Montgomery (RIP!) did, she’ll ultimately be a loyal team leader.
